This can only be used on blocks with at least 2 mounting holes on the front of the block This only bolts to the fof the block This will require an idler pulley and belt for factory 1998-02 Camaro 5. 7L (this is an OEM alternator location bracket for Camaro, although using the Corvette crank pulley) Will fit alternators from any LS engine except Corvette. 145 & 160 amp truck alternators require approx 3/4" longer belt. 7L.
